Owned by the Anadkat family, owners of First Merchant Bank (FMB) among other companies, the Livingstone Towers houses the headquarters of FMB, Leasing and Finance Company (a subsidiary of FMB), Telekom Network Malawi (partly owned by Livingstone Holdings - owned by the Anadkat family) and South African Airways
