Typical of Malawian banks, the service is slow (with several unmanned teller booths). What's worse, they don't open this branch on Saturdays. Otherwise it's a good bank in that it has done innovative services and they try to be transparent with the transactions that Gauteng in your accounts.

This is my favorite bank,. Ofcourse you will usually find long lines waiting but then the Services offered are worth the lines.
They got friendly bank attendance and in business I guess that's the only that really matters.
