This is an amazing place with good customer service, good food and a huge variety to chose from. The prices are reasonable favourable and it's really such a nice place and within a walking distance to town

It's 11pm. In room 1. Literally next to the kitchen. It's so loud! The manager admitted that people complain but they keep booking room 1 out. Avoid room 1.

What is Good
1) Clean rooms
What is Bad
1) All rooms are with single bed only, if you r looking for double occupancy with separate single beds then they don't have it.
2) Very inside from main road, you wont get any local taxi/transportation from this hotel, finally you might have to rely on costly hotel transportation's only.
3) Hotel is at the bottom of Kabula hill road, you will have to walk the hill road to get the main road. This is tiring and not safe after 7pm as there is no lights an total dark.
4) There is no breakfast buffet, with very limited choice especially for veg.
5) All foods are ok in taste but they provide very less quantity.
6) The swimming pool is mostly not clean
7) Staffs are not so very helpful
8) Wifi disconnects lot of times
9) They dont even provide water botels, which is very common in every hotel. Hotel staff suggested us to have tap water for drinking :-)
10) There is no intercom facility, for everything we have to go to reception.
Would suggest go for hotel which is on the main road and there are many good hotels on the main roadreport this review -

Typical Malawi experience. Got about 80% of my order correctly. What I got was delicious. Be sure to sit outside on the veranda.

I ordered pasta and had to send it back as it tasted odd, like it had gone off. The waitress was understanding and deducted the price off the bill. The two other diners I was with really enjoyed their steaks. Dessert was very enjoyable and service good.
