Its a nice place to live, the rent is affordable too. The flats cater for a larger family and smaller families.. The flats that cater for smaller families are two bedrooms with a bathroom, a living room and a kitchen. And a small yard. It is close to Limbe town and close to the main road that goes to the city centre. Its quite safe with only one entrance and the same being used as an exit.
