I absolutely love the vibe of health and well being the hotel gives, being in the now and enjoying where you are in the moment and who you are with at the time. From barefoot experience to loving the environment and the planet we live on i truly love love love this vibe!
The wine tasting tour was phenomenal i never really thought to REALLY take notice in the mix of flavors when combining food and wine.

This was our second visit to Laamu and everyone was so friendly and welcoming, it was wonderful. Such a beautiful island and relaxed but luxurious atmosphere where the attention to detail is superb. The food at all of the restaurants is excellent and particularly at Leaf restaurant, where the presentation and taste of the dishes is exceptional. Thank you for such a wonderful holiday!

Our recent holiday at Six Senses was our second visit and did not disappoint. Enjoyed this visit as much if not more than visit two years ago. The employees make this location! Every single person we came in contact with was very friendly and/or helpful. Honestly, leaving after seven days was sad - felt like we were leaving family behind. The hotel and grounds are stunning. The rooms are so comfortable and relaxing. There are enough activities to keep a person entertained (if that is what they are looking for) or beaches/pool to relax. The food in all the restaurants, including buffets, is excellent. For us, Six Senses Laamu is the ultimate relaxation resort.

Quite literally the very best place & holiday destination we have ever been too (and our standards were very high to start with). Cannot fault the impeccable service from every member of staff at every level, the food range & quality was on another level altogether (we have never eaten so well, so consistently and with such variety on a holiday before) and the resort & facilities / level of accommodation were perfect in every way. We’ve been to other Six Senses resorts before and this is their jewel in the crown no question (the others are amazing too mind). There is nothing at all we can think of that wasn’t absolutely right on this holiday and cannot wait to return again. Six Senses should be proud of every member of staff they have here as they do your business proud, as well as proud of what they have created here which is literally paradise on earth.

Everything was fantastic. The beauty of the resort was as advertised. What was surprising though was the high quality of the food and how accommodating the menus are to people with dietary restrictions. This makes traveling a whole lot more convenient for many of us.

It's great to be greeted at the Male airport and shepherded to the lounge and later for boarding the small plane to the waiting boat. The water villa was exceptionally nice with music playing and fresh fruit and nuts. Alex especially liked the bikes and ride around the island which we did at least 20 times. Alex also enjoyed her massages and yoga class. I had free time to relax and refresh. All dinners were awesome especially at Sand Bank. It was exciting to see the dolphins and sunset. All memories are indelible :)

Michelle and I had the most amazing time at Six Senses Laamu. From the moment we touched down in Mali we were totally impressed with the level of service. The attention to detail overall was exceptional. The facilities, food standards and quality, water bungalow and most importantly the staff were a real highlight and made the whole experience so much more memorable. Thank you very much. Always such a fabulous experience at Six Senses Laamu. It's hard to achieve the consistent delivery of genuine and warm hospitality and the teams here succeed time and time again.

The resort is in great condition which again is not easy with salt water, humidity and storms. Impressive. The new additions are conceptually brilliant and all in the all the resort provides ample places for all sorts of different guests to really relax and enjoy natures playground. I really love this place and will be a life long repeat visitor. Thank you so much to everyone who work so hard to make this resort so special.

Great experience and time for our honeymoon! You have your own butler during your stay and make the stay even better! The transportation was well organized and lots of choice for the activity! Never gets board. Many fish around the ocean villas that you can see by snorkeling. The staffs are very nice and kind, you'll feel very comfortable! We are already planning to come back next year and highly recommend!

Overall, the property really speaks of itself and representing the six senses brand. Being a hospitality expert in the hotel industry, I was extremely eager to experience a six senses property and how the brand delivers its value and uniqueness. And I must say it is truly exceptional and what I have experienced really sticks true to the brand. I will not rate this property as a perfect score as there are still some minor improvements to be done. Nonetheless, it is an unforgettable experience and the brand deserves to be highlighted among the other premium brands in the word. It does indeed worth the money and I will continue to consider six senses brand in my next important occasion to stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Laamu and feel it was one of the best holidays we have ever had. The setting, day-to-day management, F&B, staff, diver school, accommodation etc were all first rate.

We used the spa, dive school, resort doctor, all restaurants bar Sip Sip and were delighted with our experiences at all of them.

We don't have any experience of other resorts in the Maldives but we really liked the focus on sustainability, particularly with the marine biology link. The barefoot luxury angle was also superb but we weren't quite sure whether that was really the case before we arrived so we both took 3-4 pairs of shoes with us.

We went for our first vacation the two of us since our daughter was born in 2016. We wanted to take our time (slow life) and enjoy every single day balancing between water activities (Surf & Diving), wellness (spa), nap and great meal experiences. Guess what it's an homerun. As soon as we landed at Male, we had nothing else than enjoy to do :). The only thing we could regret about the trip is the weather, which unfortunately can not be controlled by the resort. We had a beach villa, quiet. It was perfect. Everything was great! I personally went surfing 4 times and each time we were up to 4 people max on the spot (Yin Yang), awesome! We even had the right to a dolphin dance back to resort once. The reef is also very well supplied with fish, it's superb. As you will have understood, go with your eyes closed. I can't wait to go again Honestly

Our stay was beyond anything we've ever imagined. Everything was taken care of, the food was amazing, fresh, organic, raised on the island. We especially enjoyed the breakfast smoothies and fresh squeezed juices, Yoga, the Spa. Overall service was unbelievable. I've traveled quite a bit, but this was hands down the best vacationing experience we've ever had. The resort was pristine, untouched. You literally felt like you stepped into paradise and there are simply no words to describe the color of the water. WoW!

I had the best vacation experience of my entire life. Hollow was such an excellent GEM - he definitely always went above and beyond. I loved our villa and our housekeeper was amazing. Vinod gave me a life changing massage experience - I am still talking about that massage to my friends a month later. The food was outstanding - when they say "breakfast buffet", my expectation was definitely NOT what we got - there were chefs making fresh pancakes and waffles and you could order delicious breakfast items which were made fresh. You all take customer service to a whole new level.

We had a fantastic stay at Laamu! Best experience ever since we were first greeted at the airport until we were sent back. The only disappointment was leaving the island.
We went for wedding anniversary holiday, I managed to surf every day fantastic waves (massive thanks to tropic surf crew) and my wife was entertained and pampered during my absence. No remorse and plenty of time for romance too. Next time we will go with our children as the resort caters for all type of family activities.
This property is all about attention to detail yet not so flamboyant as some of the other up-market resorts. My wife is a perfectionist and can always find something out of place - not this time.
Food is fantastic, staff incredibly friendly and attentive.
Words or photos will not make justice to this resort, go and experience it yourself!

We positively LOVED our stay at Six Senses Laamu! From the time we arrived until we departed we felt like we were a part of the Six Senses Family. Every staff member was so friendly and helpful and every attention to detail was evident. We also appreciated, as divers, that the resort bottles it own water and takes sustainability so seriously.

An amazing experience, everything was perfect!
From arrival to departure, everyone was so nice, especially to our daughter, who was totally spoiled:D
Watching dolphins swim by as we ate meals was definitely a highlight!
Not cheap, but most definitely money well spent, highly recommended.

This is so far the best resort experience we ever had. We've been to several island trips before, however, Six Sense Laamu have gave us more then we expected. The water is not ideal as it is known as surfing season and the wave is really strong for non good swimmer like us, but still the water is clear and easy to look underneath, lots of fishes to see too. The hotel is what I have expected, rustic but still have a feeling of luxury. The highlight is the host/staff in the resort, all of them are always nice to you and try their best to make us comfortable. I have accidentally felled down from the jetty bridge, my boyfriend could find the staff to help me. He was freaked out and could not find our room key, the staff just jump into our balcony and got me the life buoy. We were too shocked and did not make our thankful to them. Please pass my deeply appreciation to them.
Last but not least, you guys are really good at spoiling us with loads and loads of good food and good wine. This is the mostly missed thing. I hope I could come back soon.

My experience with the hotel was met with Amazing grace, Smiling faces everywhere and tied with the serene beauty of the surrounding scenic wanders of the Maldives had undoubtedly made my short stay nothing short of memorable. I must admit I have yet to come across a resort besides six senses Laamu to have displayed such an amazing effort to maintain sustainability. The beautiful wooden furnishing and design tied with the incredibly creative staff made my stay a truly magical experience.

Such an amazing experience. We had the freshest food and juices while we were there. The service is exceptional, and the views are breathtaking. Truly lifelong memories were made. Can't say enough good things about this place. Worth the cost. Enjoy it.

OMG, what a paradise!
This is a beautiful atoll(i am sure other Maldivian atolls are as beautiful too) , i felt in love the first minute.
People are just so nice on this little island, the entire management team welcomed us when we arrive, people remember who you are and which villa you stay from day one, they always greeting you with a huge smile(not that kind of fake smile you experience in most of the hotel/restaurant), they even noticed what's your favorite food and had their chief made one special just for you.
We LOVE the Leaf restaurant, everything we ordered was delicious.
Our room service guy is very sweet, he knows exact time we left our villa, and by the time we return our room is nice and tidy with some "personal touch". Our entire stay was just relaxing and enjoying, whenever i think about our trio there was like i had a dream, we are definitely coming back!!

Customer service at this resort is amazing! The staff was really friendly and remembered all the details of how I liked my food. Free ice cream every day with many flavors to choose from too! Every morning began with free yoga classes and a delicious breakfast (fresh cut fruit, made to order hot dishes, juices, etc etc.) We had an overwater bungalow with a gorgeous view. The days would be spent relaxing at the spa, working out in the gym, snorkeling by our bungalow, or soaking in the outdoor/ocean view bath. This wasn't my favorite island out of the three I've visited, but it was still amazing and I would recommend it.
