  I booked this hotel for 28-Feb-2018 to 4-Mac-2018 (4 nights stay). I was informed by agent that this place has ceased operation. Fortunately, I have 2 more days before arrival. I managed to book another hotel. Very unprofessional the way Piculet handle the situation. Guests and partners were never informed of the closure.

  There was no lock in the toilet, Tv doesn't work, wifi can't connect, staff were unhelpful, front desk staff had to tell another staff a dozen times to take our luggage up 3rd floor which he did taking his own time, Food is extremely expensive!
