What an absolute gem. I stayed at this beautiful hotel for a week and wow, they ticked all the boxes. From amazingly conformable beds to a mouth watering breakfast served everyday, this place has it all. More importantly, these guys understand the meaning of customer service. I could confidently say that many five start hotels could learn a thing or two about service quality from these guys. Regardless of the time of day you are always greeted with a smile from the staff and they are always available to help you out with anything you need. I will definitely be back here.

Terrible experience with this hotel. We arranged at taxi transfer (which we confirmed twice before landing) upon landing no taxi there to pick us up. We were staying one night on our way to our resort, they completely screwed up the time to take us back to the airport for our seaplane.

The only good thing about this place is that the staff is nice, they were always nice, friendly - so that's why it gets one star instead of zero.
The bad things:
- the check in process was unexpectedly long. We got to the hotel around 4-4:30 and they said they are having a small problem and that we will get our room in 30 minutes. We got the room around 6:30.
- the rooms are tiny, actually tiny might be big. In the room there is a bed, a sofa/cabinet and the bathroom. From the entrance door they are all reachable with one step.
- the sheets weren't clean. I could clearly see stains on them.
- the food wasn't bad, but they didn't have any. We had dinner and breakfast included. They had a menu with 9-10 items for dinner, but we were suggested to pick out of 3-4, cause the rest weren't available. We ordered orange and pineapple juice, they run out of pineapple so we both got orange. When the next customers came in they asked for orange juice but they didn't have any anymore.
- the wifi was spotty and you always had to connect to another network to get some internet.
- they don't have cable TV, but supposedly they have a library of video files. They showed us how to use it and said it might be a little slow because everyone is using it. Slow was an understatement because nothing was working. I got to see the titles and 10 seconds of movie before the system crashed. Needless to say, everything was pirated.
VERY IMPORTANT: everything in Maldives is pricey so do yourself a favor and go directly to the island where you want to go. Don't stay on the islands next to the airport, everything is very expressive and it will only ruin your experience of what is a great place otherwise. I stayed at another hotel also and the experience was even worst than this place.response / report this review -

Not friendly staff.. Wifi was very slow.. Room was not look like as an advertised in a website.. No sea view as advertised.. Staff suggested to upgrade room but with a an extra charges.. I changed to other hotel eventhough already paid full online.. Really frustrated with the services.. Requested to see the manager but the manager refused to see me.. Only managed to talk with the receptionist..

At Male Airport Information Counter free phone available to call hotel and they will send a van for pickup. Beach view room new clean room, small balcony, b/fast incl. (Basic)
Noisy area, not for lite sleepers construction/renovating buildings in street. It is currently low season, I'm guessing would be very crowded in high season Nov on. Chairs on beach for guests. Views of area top floor. Hotel WiFi still works here on beach 😁

This hotel was great for what we paid. They utilize every single space. Their rooms are very small but super cute and efficient. They reminded me of a German hotel. They provide tea and water in the room. They have a cute terrace upstairs. The staff is so friendly and nice you just want to hang out with them. The breakfast was amazing- clean and nice presentation with enough fresh items on our plates. We hope to be back!

I have stayed more than 10 different properties in Hulhumale' and so far this is the best place. What matters most is the people, here the staff are so genuine, friendly and always with a can do and kind attitude. The concept is unique and I can guarantee that you dont want to leave and you will never regret any moment spent here at this beautiful place. The best rooms are facing to sunrise with sea views.

Great location..great food.. great service (I had them running for business requirements and they met my requests).. great music in the lobby.. grocery store nearby and tour packages available.. I'd book my grandmother hereif your looking for something other than resorts this place is ideal.
