Beautiful place straight in the beach. Good room, staff and moastly services. We didnt like a food in restaurant, there wasnt ala carte at all, only lunch and dinner menu with one or tvo main course. Beach is nice, not very deep water to snorkeling but ok. Fortunately we had flippers with us because there was strog flow in the sea front af beach.

Quiet Island setting. Very good food and service. The Strongest drink at a bar, however, it is strawberry milkshake. Even for religious reasons, they would do well to stock virgin Pina coladas and daqueries.
Large, modern accommodations; Complete with an outdoor, waterfall shower in each room.
Not the softest beds, but acceptable. Also, no exercise facility, a definite minus at a lodge where there's pretty much just the beach and a Dive Center.
25 minute boat ride from the International Airport.
Reasonable prices, at least by Maldive resort standards.response / report this review -

We have just arrived. The 30 minutes boat ride is a bit bumpy. The hotel representative met us at the airport and took us to the jetty. After arriving the pier of Huraa, it further takes 5 minutes to arrive the hotel by golf cart. This in fact also the shuttle transport to and from town.
Interesting is that we are sharing the coral reef of ClubMedKani waterville which is just a knot beyond. We shall try after settled down. However, it was a disappointment as the current is too strong and there are no fish. We ended up to join a scuba diving trip organised by the affiliated diving shop adjacent. The price is very reasonable for 25 dollars +gst for each with 4 persons or 40+ for 2 persons. The trip was splendid with the operator Lee is so friendly and helpful. We gather at 8 am with hotel shuttle going to the pier and we returned before noon. We snorkel at 2 to 3 locations in looking for Turtles, Dolphin, Stingrays, Sharks and many beautiful tropical fishes. This is for sure worth the while.
The room is spacious and the open air toilet bathroom is amazingly designed. Two showers are provided that is most convenient to couples after snorkelling. Wet clothes could be naturally dried with the sunshine which is better than air-conditioning drying.
We have dinner at the hotel and the food is good except frustration as only one choice provided for each course from appetizer to desert. Luckily we did not attempt to the half board or full board as most guides recommended. We will go to another restaurant in town with the shuttle service provided by the hotel. We shall start off with a town tour and then the shuttle will drop us off the restaurant. After dinner we will be picked up at the restaurant.
This hotel in fact has just one type of rooms offered. They were all beach front. It is only a matter of ground floor or first floor.
For transfer between hotel and airport, you need to check with them in advance for the convenient time for hotel as boat service is not constantly by the hour.
On Sunday they might have a traditionally Bodo Beru big drum music and traditional dance. However, it has been changed somehow to Latin Dance by the performers which is a pity.
Just a reminder, be aware of the glass shelf above the refrigerator. This piece of glass is really unnecessary.response / report this review -

The hotel is quite good with friendly staff. The food is also quite good with different varieties. The local village is a bit dull. Better to use public speed boat than private speed boat. Only costs 10USD PER Person per ride from Male, whereas 45USD for private transfer.

Nice calm beach, Nice view of Sunrise. In This place we can experience sunset and sunrise at the same spot. On the distance we can see The Club Med Kani Resort water bungalow. They have water sports center where you can booked water activities such as fishing, stand up paddling, canoeing, jetski riding etcetera.. They also have SPA, its offer a pampering treatment like body massage, facial, body scrub and selling spa products from Elemis brand, a well known Spa product from England

This is a piece of paradise the island is beautiful, the hotel is a 10 stars the staf is amazingly great they really friendly ezequiel member of the staff is the best he goes the extra mile to make your stay the best,Margherita the scuba diving instructor is a wonderful person and friend thank you guys for making our anniversary one of the best
