Calm and serene place right by the beach, the view from rooms is lovely. They have their private shallow beach There are restaurants around and there's also a play area for kids. Overall a family friendly, neat place in a beautiful location.

Drinking boat belongs to the group. Don't go there. NO stock and manager BAD attitude. Nearly nothing available from the menu. Not even beer. There business is not alcohol.

This is so beutiful area and live. It placed exactly against to sea with a bikini beach.
The staff very happy and good. The best view in Maafushi Every things is good except meals. I booked hotel with dinner and pay 25 $ for each, but you can get dinner here by cash by 15 $. The breakfast and dinner is simple. They have BBQ against the hotel and the cost is extra if you want!!!.

Hotel is located at the most prime location by the bikini beach. The rooms are spacious and the staff is well trained and courteous. The breakfast and dinner also has a nice laid out menu everyday. They also offer excursions from the hotel to nearby destinations at decent rates.

Kaani Grand Seaview is truly the best hotel in Maafushi. Absolutely all the criteria meet the requirements of a four-star hotel. I want to note that Kaani Grand always complies with the requests of tourists, goes for any concessions or discounts. We were pleased with the staff and service. In particular, I want to highlight: Abbo, Pushpika, Nawfal and Mohamed. These people throughout the vacation, helped us in everything. In a word, they are wonderful and responsive! Thanks to this hotel for the excellent rest and pleasant impressions. Wish to come back soon one day. With love, Kazakhstan 🇰🇿

We had pre booked room in kaani beach hotel. But hotel staff was generous to upgrade us to kaani grand. We had room at fifth floor. The room and view, both were perfect. Hotel is located just in front of bikini beach, best spot in maafushi. It had amenities like safe locker, hair dryer, beach towels, electric boilers, and mini fridge. We went on snorkeling trips, and sandbank lunch organized via hotel, and experience was amazing. If I get to plan thus trip again, there is absolutely nothing that I would want to change :D :D
