Very bad customer service. Had an appointment booked at 7:30pm, but since doctor did not show up we called them every 30-15 minutes for an update. But at 10:15pm they said Doctor has already started and that my token will be at the very last now(missed token). We expected at least a call back saying the doctor has arrived. Furthermore, I had booked an appointment two days ago and consistently they had been cancelling the appointment since doctor was a no show. At least refund us for the hassle. We free up our time to go to your clinic for medical attention and at the very least we expect some amount of good customer service.
