  Arguably the best gym in Male' if not in Maldives. They have very friendly trainer who are well informed and knowledgeable. For entry into gym it's a matter of filling a form and your are good to go. mostly they are open except for Friday which is common in Maldives.

  Easily the best gym in The Maldives— one of the most precious and comfortable places at which I’ve ever trained. Full of affable trainers, gym-goers, and staff, the concept is simple: all of the important body parts are able to be worked. The equipment is in terrific shape and includes fitness products at the downstairs level as well as upstairs. Gym has great air conditioning, clean equipment, proper weights and really everything needed for a full and hardcore workout. Metroflex offers great value- a week pass is $20- and the guys are wonderful to speak to. Ibrahim, the owner, is always there to help and to answer questions and provide a spot. I came here two years ago and now that I’m back, it feels like home.

  Gym has lots of equipment and machines. All are in good condition and we'll maintained. The problem here is there is too much stuff in the space they have making it cramped. They also sell supplements. Was 106 maldivien for a day pass.

  Do not train at this gym it is unsafe. Basically some local who knows nothing about the gym fitness industry has just shoved a load of weight training equipment into a building that was designed to be either an apartment or offices. He does not know what the live load limit is on the building and does not understand that the building that he is using was not designed to take the amount of weight that he has put in there. And this is in a country with sub standard building practices. The building will collapse in the next few years due to this idiot. Also the equipment is badly laid out. Avoid Avoid Avoid. Also I have a degree in sports and I have worked with Olympic level athletes in several sports internationally in the few minutes that I was there I saw a number of health and safety issues.
