Minaret (Munnaaru) of Malé Hukuru Miskiy. The mosque was originally constructed in 1658 AD under the reign of Sultan Ibrahim Iskandar in over two years time, and was constructed mostly out of coral stone. Munnaaru is located near Friday mosque (Hukuru Miskiy) which displays breathtakingly Beautiful coral carvings and expert lacquer work done by Maldivians. There are also a number of ancient tombstone erected in memory of past sultans, heroes and nobles near Munnaaru inside the Friday mosque.
The white minaret next to the Friday Mosque built in 1675. 星期五清真寺旁的白色宣禮塔,1675年建。

The white and blue colour resembles the tomb of Abul Barakaath Yoosuf.
Still functioning despite of its age.
Some workers are doing repair work at its top when I visited it.
