Doctors need to be punctual and the assistant covering and making excuses for the doctors is a habit here.. 30 min late or an hour late is too much

Very poor communication. Information provide over the phone changes at the counter. Service is as poor as a public hospital like you have to wait for hours to see the doc.

Professional clinic service which provides general surgery, orthopaedic surgery, gynaecological surgery under general and local anaesthesia. You can also check doctor's queue number online from their website to save time. For accessibility patients use the narrow ally to access to this clinic. The main entrance is not accessibility friendly.

It is a humble request to finalize the doctor's duty at least before a week. Poeple who are coming from islands are having a lot of difficulties because of this.
We also have to book travelling tickets and rooms (for accommodation) in advance. It is practically impossible for islanders to manage everything in a short notice.

Great doctors work there. But please, train your staffs on customer relations. I took my 1 year old niece to consult dr.solih. The receptionist was showing her attitude and accused me of being a liar while i was talking to her politely. She was denying the mistake until i asked her to play the recording of the conversation i had with the call center staff. Never got an apology. We left that place and went to adk.

A neat and clean well maintained private hospital which offers different facilities for medical and dental. We have an excellent laboratory offering a wide variety of tests and an amazing radiological setup for all different kinds of x rays. Medical, Psychiatric, Gynaecological opds are done.
All in all a good hospital.
