  Did appointment for ent doc on 29th july for 30 july.on that day one of receptionalist told me that they don't know when doc will start consulting only doc will decide it. but next day maldi care stuff haven't inform me that doc didnt check patients even though haven't called me to inform that doc not consulting. I called them and checked when doc gonna checked patients but sadly on that time one of receptionalist told me today doc was not here tommorow night 9 oclock will be. I hang the called waited next day till evening 2 o'clock whether they call me or not to inform that i have done an appointment if i able to come or not when do i have to go there for paying my appointment. They haven't so I called them checked asked one of receptionalist i have done an appointment for ent doc when do i have to go.. she replied and told me tonight 9 again i asked when do i have to come for doing me memo.. she replied before evening 4 oclock.. see how careless. They should have to inform me but didn't i am one the who called getting information.
