They only allow 1 luggage per person. There may not be many people travelling with just one luggage. Also they don't sell tickets in advance.

We took a ferry from here to Hulhumale. Its a great facility but boat was not in good condition.

Service needs to be improved. The place is dirty, crowded and not well managed. The last people to come in are always the first to board the ferries.
