I had the worst experience of dealing with FedEx Maldives, I the place is like a room and not many staff to handle package. Everytime got to fo there to pick parcel and its terrible.

I received my package, was so much heat i queried they said since i didnt put a note regarding type of items inside they kept the item in an open truck where package was exposed to direct heat. Bad service. horrible. didnt take responsibility. I wrote email for claim and still never received a single reply.

They are not even worth rating a single star. I've had couple of experiences with them over the past few years. To put it short, it's not worth paying FedEx for premium fast shipping. Yes, the package arrives Maldives at speed, but might take days or even a week after that to reach the recipient. This is despite your efforts trying to call them to their official number, which is diverted to a cell phone that is switched off. Their office opens and closes as they wish, the official advertised times are just for formality. FedEx Maldives is unreliable, I'd even start considering local post over them from now on.

I called 25 times. They picked up once and when I inquired about why it took them so long. They simply said they were busy. If they know they are busy and they will be jammed, isn't it there responsibility to fix the shortcomings. So dissapointed in FedEx Maldives. Fail!!!
