I gave 500/- to the reception girl. She asked for smaller notes and i said i do not have. She then puts the 500 note in the drawer. Then i asked if cash card is ok and she said yes. I gave my card and paid. She gave back the card but totally ignored to give me back my 500 bill. I was waiting for her to realize it and give it to me and when she completely showed ignorance i reminded her to give me back the bill and then only she gave it to me. They are also very careless about being updated of doctors schedules. Please management, if you ought to hire people, train them for gods sake!
