Nowadays they can’t locate the packages. But tracking shows as it was received by Maldives Post. Mostly happening to valuable packages.

O. M.. G. DARE TO GO TO THIS PLACE You never know how long it will take And some kind of different service which i dont understand They even not deliver the posts even inside male city You should leave all your work and go and wait for hours n hours to get your pkg.

Best location- very close to resort jetty and right in front of the airport jetty.
Convenient operation hours for down stair but special carrier (large parcel) is open when customs officers are around.

Worst postal service in the planet!
If you want to call them, you will have to wait forever. And if you are expecting a parcel from abroad it is most likely that it will be returned unless you keep calling them and asking about it continuously. And suppose a friend abroad send you a gift without telling you, most likely you won’t receive it. Speaking from ten years of experience.response / report this review -

The company's customer care responds 2-3 days for every email, the package still not delivered after 3 weeks, I do not recommend it.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! Had to wait half an hour for an operator to actually answer my call. Was answered by a rude lady with zero manners and said no, they do not deliver parcels even if my parcel was addressed to Champa Building in Male! I work in an island resort so I cannot just fly to Male to pick up a parcel. SERIOUSLY YOU PEOPLE SHOULD CLOSE DOWN! STUPID, USELESS SERVICE!

Requires major overhaul and improvement in its services. Service here is lousy most of the time.
It takes several days to deliver or receive a package even if you use registered post or even EMS service.
This is more like a collection point as they rarely deliver any packages except letters and documents. Anything else you will need to come and pick it up.

Your service at Addu City, Hithadhoo SUCKS.
NO proper customer service
Staffs don't know how to handle the customer Requests
(when customer asks a question, replying with two phrases doesn't make any sense)
Cmon, asking for a token number and wait in the Queue, at least the environment must in that quality. NO AC. (its not Antartica) this is ridiculous.
I wonder what MPL has seen in Privatizing Hithadhoo Post.
I JUST WISH DHL OR FEDEX Had an OFFICE in ADDU.
