Great experience also for Maldives Fans! We ´ve been to a view resorts within the last years, always for a cuple-… this time we tried it as family destination. Dusit Thani is definetly one of the better resorts we ´ve had so on! The housereef is very beautiful and fishy, the food is excellent in every single restaurant, the villas are very comfortable with superb outdoor bathrooms, and we ˋve been so cordially received just an unforgetable stay for the whole family!

Very beautiful place with delicious food and great restaurants! The staff is amazing polite and friendly. The villas are very comfortable. The reefs all over the island are very beautiful and full of life ! One of the best places in Maldives to relax with family and kids !

Very nice food, very friendly locals stuff, the best Butler is Tatiana, the worst front office manager is Elvira - cheater and Gru (c)! Lying, offered bed conditions and described as the best! Everything else is good!
One week later:

I want to add because we received very kind attention from stuff. We were fully satisfied with service from stuff. Food, ocean, fishing, SPA etc. were amazing! And we recommend this place for all kind of tourists. Just avoid to contact with person mentioned above. All other people are great and professionals: Lisa, Tatiana, Cameron, Johan and others - big thanks!

For the google review readers, pls stay here! From the moment we were greeted at their booth, transfers were all smoothly taken care of. Resort manager greeted us upon arrival and we were shown around to get familiarise.

Ours was the water villa. A butler will be assign to you. The rooms are exactly as what is shown in their website. There are bicycles for every villa foc. Foc rental for snorkeling gears too. For any bookings you can just get your butler to arrange them for you. How convenient is that right. The private pool is clean everyday. All you need to do is relax and enjoy! If you have any extra special request just ask yr butler. He/she will do their best to meet your requests! We could not have ask for more and will definitely come again! We love Dusit Thani!!!

An excellent property nestled in an amazing island! Dusit Thani Maldives hotel was truly a great experience where the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating.

Since the moment we arrived at Male Airport, there was a hotel representative waiting. Sama was very friendly and greeted us with big smile, she took care of checking us into the seaplane, and hosted us in the Hotel's cozy lounge as we waiting to board the seaplane. Upon arrival to the island, a group of the hotel were waiting to meet and greet and welcome us to the hotel which was nice, and we had an assigned butler who took care of all our needs during the stay. Mario (our butler) was always one call away, and was always checking up on us and left us needing nothing. He also took care of arranging our flight back and made our stay enjoyable and our departure procedure very smooth. Everyday Karmen from the hotel staff would stop by during dinner time to say hello and would hang out with our 3-yr old son, she was genuinely happy to have us there and it reflected in her treatment. They even knew it was my wife's birthday and got her a birthday cake 🎂!!

The villas are so private, comfortable, and very clean. We got the beachfront villa which gave us direct access to the water, and although there were neighboring villas, the beach directly in front of our villa was truly ours and so private. They offer housekeeping twice a day if you need it, and water is refilled daily and it's plenty. One thing to note however, is that the bathroom is an outdoors 'Thai style' bathroom.

There are three main restaurants at the hotel offering a decent variety of food. THE MARKET which is the buffet opens for breakfast and dinner. Dinner changes in theme every night. Second is the SEA GRILL which is open for lunch and dinner (dinner you need to make a reservation). This restaurant offers good 'upscale' menus with steaks, grilled fish, lobster, etc. Third is BENJARONG restaurant which is mainly Indian, Asian cuisine open for dinner. I highly recommend going with the full-board or all-inclusive to enjoy all meals of the day. If you're not a heavy drinker , the full-board option is for you.

This resort is the real deal! Our incredible vacation started the moment of our arrival in Malé. We were warmly welcomed by a Dusit Thani greeter who escorted us to the arrival suite where we cooled down with a drink and ice cold hand towel.

After 10 minutes we were escorted to the seaplane that flew us directly to the resort. The views on the flight were spectacular!

When we walked off the plane we were welcomed by the resort GM and department managers who gave us a traditional Thai wai greeting.

Everything from the accommodations, butler service, restaurants, beaches, water sports were top shelf. What really impressed us was the genuinely warm and sincere hospitality.

We will be back!

amazing environment, staff are sooo friendly and helpful, perfect place to relax, very clean and organized, their aim is the guest satisfaction, very delicious food and generous portions, 5 stars restaurants and very reasonable prices. Very flexible with check in/out timing, we arrived 6hrs earlier and they gave us a room for free. strongly recommended for whomever is reading this review.
