  Stuck in the island due to bad weather conditions,requested to let go and buy some food from the cafe but refused from the Management. This is not acceptable to discriminate local visitors like this and they enjoy our resources.

  The best holiday experience we've ever had, beats the Caribbean hollow, super friendly staff look after your every need, spotlessly clean and maintained, beautiful scenery and snorkeling to die for, great food for all tastes. Perfect.

  Amazing!!! Sooo relaxing. Many choices for activitiesdiving, snorkelling, sailing, art classes and fishing. All inclusive packages! I'll be back 🌴🍹👍

  First, a very good point for the real worry free "Premium All-Inclusive".
  It starts with a kind and smily welcome at a nice lounge for the seaplane transfer.
  The welcome at the resort is musical and refreshing with a coconut juice.
  We really enjoy our suite (209), spacious, with a lot of storage space, a killer luxury open air bathroom, a big bed with mosquito net, wifi (not very strong), a flat screen tv we never turned on But the best for us was the intimacy of our garden, thanks to the "little big" palm trees hiding us from the beach. We walked the beach up and down and it's the most hidden one! However, the villas are close from one another so we can see the neighbour's terrace but, it's not such a big deal as the island has so much to offer, people don't stay a lot on theirs anyway.
  The main path crossing the island is just like heaven. On your way you'll find "Cool Spots" with a fridge full of beverages and a snack bar (Ceylon Bliss), all facing the ocean, so cool. We walked a lot among the greenery and the ocean and we barely used their electric buggys as it's such a great walk (ironically, the only times we actually needed one, they were always going the other way!)
  There's a good selection of 2 bars (fantastic cocktails), 4 restaurants, hard to get frustrated! We really loved the quality of "Spice" the main buffet restaurant, with very good and varied dishes (even a fantastic reblochon!), special thanks to Rabin the pastry chef and his heavenly deserts. "Just Veg", the vegetarian restaurant is quite good too but if you want to be on the terrace, you have to arrive early as you can't reserve it. The only one we didn't enjoy is the restaurant of the "Sunset", we found the meal flat and un-interesting. The staff is very friendly and helpfull everywhere but Punam from the Ceylon Bliss brings the kindness to the ultimate level!
  Since nothing is ever totally perfect, we had a little grief about what we felt as a lack of respect for smokers. It's not because we smoke that we are bad people! At "Spice" (where we have 2 or 3 meals a day), a comfortable shaded area would show more consideration than the little space right in the sun with no parasol and hardly ever emptied ashtrays The smoking section near the lobby was full of trash (cans and boxes) for over 4 days. It's time to remind the management to treat everyone the same way!

  Not so big choice with the food. Beach can be more nicer. Almost not possible snorkling from the beach near the island. If somebody want only sitting in sweming pool is good island to do this. Not so god entertainment in the evening.

  Arrival amd our stay was amazing, no complaints. Departure was a nightmare!! They came and told us at 2300 (11pm) that we had to check out by 8am and be on seaplane at 9am. The entire week they told us 1200 was the seaplane, but something didn't add up when everyday a new person would call asking for out return flight information. As we tried to speak to anyone in charge that night or during checkout they told us no one was there. As we were departing we saw the person who checked us in, he immediately walked the other way and would not even speak.to us. For a place you spend $1700 a night for this is unbelievable and unexceptable. Was told we could use Atmosphere lounge at seaplane terminal before out flight, as departure flight was at 2100 (9pm). Once we arrived at seaplane terminal we were told NO. They dropped us at airport around 10am to wait outside in the heat all day. All this was with my 68 year old mother. As you can tell the entire family was not pleased.

  I went here for honeymoon. The experience was awesome. Beautiful beach and sky. Good sevices and food, especially Christmas-eve party.
