  If I am able to use my warranty in other countries by showing my serialnumber BUT u guy are not then that was the last Huawei phone that I bought because of your horrible services. And Huawei is NOT in the situation to lose clients especially not when it's because of the service.
  Huawei need to work on their untrained service stations. Do better!

  I asked for a spare part since last year.. i went there twice this year and still today when i asked where have things arrived they did not even had my record. Lost time doing another request again.

  Très deçu par le service, pour une première fois acheter par un credit chez le 361 mauvais experience ils m'ont donner une machine a lavé desfectieux à ma livraison mais aujourdhui sa fait le 4ème jour que j'attend toujour pour pouvoir changer la machine que j'ai acheter. NUL

  Pe call plusieur fois, personne pas pren sa telephone la. Fini fer +1 mois Air con ine pan. Ene technicien ine vine gueter tou, apre line disparaitre pas re truv so bout. Bel bel promotion pou attire client zis. Mo croir mo pou bizin pass lor radio pou sa air con la reparer. Mo ena 02 petit zenfant a soir pas p kpav dormir. Soi dizan ena guratee. nonyein zot pas fer.
