    Bought a chocolate genoise and a white chocolate filled donut. The donut was really good, with oozing white chocolate inside.

    The genoise was very light and fluffy. Tasted better because it was chilled.

    Saw a few macaroons on display that I intend to try next time. Very friendly staff. Packaged snacks and a few mauritian sweets like laddoos and barfis are also sold.

    I particularly recommend the 'Carré rouge' or red square cake made from a plain pound cake square dipped in syrup. Interestingly, You can usually also get green ones here.
