We were happy with Ashfaq's customer service skills and his family welcoming us in their home. He explained the renting process properly. Peoole on the east coast have it easy to rent it from here. The company is genuine and it feels like they are there to help you. One minor problem was that Hyundai was struggling when starting in mountainous/hilly areas. Having said that, I would recommend to rent it for people on the east coast.
