  Worst possible after sales service with an electric scooter purchased at Kalachand. No one answers the phone. The repairs department is very poor. Makes you pay huge amount of money to change the battery and do not fix the real issues. The scooter came back after 2 weeks at the garage and issue still there. Kalachand took 2 weeks to pick up the scooter for the second round of repairs. It is at the garage since 3 weeks and not a single phone call since then to tell us what is happening. No-one is answering the phone. Maybe Kalachand has 'stolen' the scooter and should go the police to declare a theft This is for sure one last purchase at Kalachand..!

  Staff are helpful but the paperwork to purchase something takes ages. A lot could be copied and later entered into the systems. The customer shouldn't wait for data capture to be slowly done.
