  Maquillage des défunts fait avec le plus grand soins et hautement professionnel.
  Ponctuelle.
  Possibilité de contrat mensuel.
  Morgue et Chapelle sur place
  Gère un service bus pour les grandes familles.

  Extreme lack of professionalism, arrogance and plain rude behaviour from one of their directors, even though we had been on a plan for a while. Asked for a white hearse, got a black one, asked for the ladies, got the men - no explanations given, none needed it seems. Had to call and harrass to be able to get someone who had any kind of 'decision making' influence to come over. Even had to call the church singer, even though it's their job! The arrogance and complete wrong attitude from one of the "Elie" was astounding. These people are supposedly "professionals" although the term is very losely applied here. If you are after compassion and people who will give you a service (which you are paying for), maybe these guys shouldn't be on your list. Not sure how they are affiliated with the Australian Funeral DirectorsIt's a pity because their employees are quite good at what they do, it seems only management has major issues.
