This restaurant is located in the North Side of Mauritius and is a bliss for Indians, especially for those looking for delicious vegetarian food. In the Grand baie area and lots of Indian delicacies are on offer. We ordered garlic paneer and just loved it so much that we ordered it again and along with that also ordered Veg thali, quantity was decent enough for 1.5 people. Staff was full of hospitality. Please note the lunch timings before visiting as they generally close by 2.30pm for lunch. All in all a must visit place if you're looking forward for Indian meal.

Was here on 31 Jan 2018. Was appalled by the level of service. It’s horrendous.. Had to wait for more than 45 mins before they told me they had an issue with my order ! Obviously we left the restaurant immediately and will not set foot there ever again ! spoke to a few other people and they experienced the same issue and they even said that the kitchen is in a horrible state. Beware !!

Nice welcome despite we arrived quite late. Wonderful meal with medley of curries. My nephew adored the lamb with coconut sauce and coriander. SORRY cannot remember the name.

The food here is awesome just like India. Try murg tandoori and Tikka platter veg non veg both. Butter chicken is also good The staff is really helpful.. Please reserve a table before you go on weekends

One of my favorite indian restaurant👌
Had dinner at Happy Rajah last night for my wife's birthday The food was amazing 😋
They have a great choice of startersespecially tandoories n curries are fantastic.. we had a great welcome from staff.. friendly and efficient service.. At around 500 rupees per person Great value for mOney.. staffs were amazing.. They brought the cake with lit candles while singing "happy birthday "song The decor is classy and the ambiance is pure Indian.. Overall a great experience we will certainly come back -a visit is a must👍

Terrible food. Not authentic Indian cuisine. Not prepared by Indian chiefs. No flavor, very very poor food. Customer service poor, no attention to detail for customers. Still ordering maim dishes and starters are thrown on table. I travel all over the world and taste many authentic genuine Indian cuisine this not. Very very expensive for basic menu selection 3,720 rupee. Do not go here. Go to local Mauritian cuisine restaurant most satisfaction and have 2,000 rupee more pocket!!!!!! Avoid

The Tahli lunch meals are a MUST TRY! MUR255, 265 can get you a sampling of their naan & rice with either lamb / fish / chicken (curry, tikka or tandoori). This is my review by a Singaporean who has tasted Indian food from Singapore, Malaysia and India!

Delicious authentic North Indian cuisine. The ambience is great with great decor adding to the ambience. The food is freshly prepared, we were pleasantly surprised at how quickly the the food arrived when we ordered. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We absolutely loved it! Will definitely return!
