  I had just worked with Flerkan LS. The manager N.P. is very friendly and easy to talk to. But.. I suppose that's about it. Working with him was very frustrating and almost unpleasant. He gave me a quotation based for 8 days of work and that hopefully all work should be completed in 5 days. But now 40 days later (6 weeks!!), my work is still not finished. Most of the time, he sends a message that he's coming at 10am and comes at 4pm, works for 1hr then leaves, or more simply does not turn up at all, and does not answer his phone when he's not coming. This week, he sent me a text: "Coming at 10am, believe me" and guess what: does not turn up. Eventually got through to him at 330pm n he said he'll come the following day. Turned up at 4pm and promptly left at 515pm saying he'll definitely come tomorrow with the usual sentences "i'm only working for you now; will come for sure tomorrow". N guess what: does not turn up the following day as well! And this is at the 6th week.I got a bit annoyed and with him not answering the phone after numerous calls, I sent him a text to either come tomorrow or don't bother at all. And I have not seen/heard of him since.
  
  Every segment of work he has done has parts of unfinished business. The pavement he did broke after only 2 weeks. He saw it, partly fixed and and disappeared off. He partly fixed a swing and left it moving, which is a hazard for my children. Left significant amount of mess in my yard, which he promised to remove. Over the 6 weeks, he worked only 35 hours at my place. And kept filling my ears how difficult other people's work were, hence the delay. And then took more contracts despite my own work not being finished.
  
  After 15 years in Europe, I did not quite understand why people in Mauritius didn't trust each other. Working with N.P. and Flerkan LS suddenly made me realise why. Personally, I can't understand how people can lie to such an extent and have no responsibility to engagements they have taken. Flerkan LS really sums up Mauritian Contractors - the lies, the unprofessionalism!
  
  I waited 48 hours for my frustration to calm down before writing this review! I'm sure maybe other people must have been satisfied with his work but that was my experience, which for sure would be the first and last time.
