Extremely poor customer service. No communication between laboratory & branches. Super slow service compared to other opticians. Keep this as your last option.

Terrible

I was ordered a pair of glasses and it took more than one month to get it. Moreover I have called several times but no answer and if they answered the call they said okay let me check it and revert back to you but never revert back to me this is Unprofessional and incompetence at reception. I would not recommend this.
