Bad customer service. Was in a rush and just wanted something simple but of good quality. Went to the bagatelle store - they say sorry we don't sell the display models - you have to go to PL. I get to Port Louis store, i clearly show what i want, they send me to a woman at a back of the store tchating on the phone, so am waiting then she sends me back to same place i just came from ! I start loosing patience and ask can i just get the product and pay - they bitterly answer that I can't see the product before paying for it. I went to Abuson next door, good service, fast and friendly.

Great customer service and quality products with a wide/diverse range to choose from. Almost half of my home have been furnished with products from Li Sing. So far, so good!
