Didn't like the attitude of a lady mechanic who told me I was last in the queue for the brand new CRV despite having been there at 07h04. After sales service not great at all. Check the cameras to see who's been waiting in queue before saying rubbish to clients. Not all of us can waste 5 hours for a damn servicing. Do your work well and promptly. Worse of all is that my car's consumption is literally double of what it says in its catalogue. No single person could come and tell what's wrong with this new car. Sad after sales service. We can't even return the car and take another one. Unlike in well organized advanced countries.

Good until you buy. Then forget about the smile you will never get it back again.

The worst thing: Honda Accord is GONE! Just because South Africa discontinued it, cancelled the contract. I wish they had it. Accords are the best cars ever.
Better than a V12 Mercedes S65..which i did drive thrice 😁

All the saleswomen smile a lot until you paid and signed 😂

You may find cars according to actual customer taste but one of the biggest drawbacks is that you have to wait for so long for a car/motorcycle service! Need to booked a whole day off but remains an amazing agency.

UTTERLY DISPLEASED. I just did a major servicing there. They changed the brakes on my Honda Jazz and did not tighten the screws properly. I started hearing a noise and got it checked by a local mechanic. One had already fallen off and the other was very loose. This is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. I will get in touch with the press !! I am also going to see a lawyer to know the legal implications!
