Hubby and I were just there in December of last year. We usually wouldn't return so soon but we had some business to attend to. I was a little disappointed with this visit.
The people are still awesome and the resorts feel is basically the same.Â
I know things don't always go as planned but when a project such as the main buffet is still ongoing from months before and you see new projects being started, it kind of makes you wonder about the priorities of management. The pool bar did get finished which is great considering that, that is the 24 hour bar if you want beer and not have to go to the other end of the resort. Not everyone can drink mixed fruity cocktails or soda. The coffee bar that was sooooooooooooo good is still nonexistant. The snacks shack is still occupying the space that Natasha made magic in. The renovations to building 16 are complete with the addition of what was called "the bird cage" (another unnecessary) that is situated in front of it.
Valentines dinner was another bit of a problem. Guests were not informed that it was by reservation, even though there was a sign at the customer relations desk stating that info. Not everyone visits the customer relations desk. Suggestion might have been to post it on the buffet door itself. The ladies at the desk took quite a bit of flack because of it. Wasn't their fault but they are on the front lines and the easiest targets. I felt bad for the staff and the guests.There was however champagne and candies available in the lobby for the guests to enjoy. And yes!!!!!!!!!!!! Lobster is once again available for the repeaters dinner.
I will continue to visit Kawama because these incidents are minor to me but it may be a major deterrent to new comers. Hopefully the main buffet and the Italian restaurant will be opening soon.response / report this review -

Mone prendre un téléviseur écran plasma chez galaxy mais quand les distributeurs à fait la livraison mais zot pane tire li dans boite la nette mais zot ine juste montrer moi la moitié l'écran mais moi mone trouve tele vision la bon mais samedi mo p tire télévision la dans boîte la mais juste cot zot pane montrès moi la ine casse mais la façon zot ine a même sa télévisions la sa pane play mwa mo ale faire 1 com plainte dimanche mais zot galaxyrose hill zot pas encore rane moi 1 réponse zot bizin 1 télévision parce qui mo pa encore servi li
