Very poor quality service! Delivery of item was supposed to be done in 3 days. Waited for 8 days still no delivery. When phoned them they make excuses phone was off or phone number wrong. Phone at curepipe for confirmation. Said delivery schedule for 14hr, waited till 17:30 no delivery. Phone them again reply was driver was at midlands and will be in forest side within 1hr. Looks like the two ladies at curepiepe showroom mrs Nishnaa & Ranjeeta took me for granted. Stupid staff, have no guts to admit that delivery will not ne done. Liars fron curepipe showroom. 19hr now, no delivery made. Still waiting for their so call driver to phone me!!!! Zot croire dimoun tale fess cuma zot dans showroom, fer dimoun kit travail pou prend livraison mais livraison jamais vini.

A good range of products but service is poor.
We chose our item, paid for it and were then left standing waiting for someone to bring it. We had to ask twice, then the cashier went to get someone. He was slow and disinterested . Better customer service needed or someone else will take your trade!response / report this review -

Highly poor customer service and fake promotional prices.
I was promised delivery for Saturday when i bought a product on Wednesday. Nobody called on Saturday whereas i waited for the delivery the whole day. Upon calling them, they simply said the delivery is now for Sunday afternoon.
After making me go round in circle when i asked to talk to a senior staff, C&C Bagatelle gave me the phone number of the Delivery Store, which i assume to be at C&C Manhattan.There, the Delivery Manager Ranjita, despite being at the office, told the staff (Armand-sales manager, and another staff) to tell me that she was had left office already whereas i could hear her voice in the background!! i wasn't informed what time they gonna deliver the product now on Sunday. Implying that i will have to spend a whole weekend for C&C because of their very poor customer service and very poor coordination among the offices, completely unreliable.
Regarding the supposedly "promotional prices", these are fake. I spotted a JVC soundbar on Wednesday at a usual selling price of 8k. On Thursday, for the same product, the usual selling price was now being displayed as 7k. The salesman himself whispered to us that the usual selling prices are fake!! Need to get the authorities to make checks on the prices!!

Their customer service is a DISASTER!!! I called two days ago asking about a product in store. "Yes yes we have it". I go to the store they look at me like I was asking the moon. Not one staff could help me. Looked like I was bothering them in their routine. Apparently the product I asked for was never in stock in their shops. WORST SERVICE EVER!

A good choice of products but too many overbearing staff who appear to lack product training. Also buying a product is a long winded process for even the most simple item.

Has a very large variety of products and a very helpful staff. Mainly deals electronics from famous brands. Sometimes the staff does not seem to be so well informed about the products specially tech gadgets, they simply read aloud what is written on the box but at least the young dynamic ones help
