It has been a very poor experience with my LG refrigerator which I bought 1 year ago in 2018 and it stopped working in 2019. Apparently the inverter blew up. LG claims 48 hours response. I have been waiting for 2 weeks now without refrigerator.
It is time for LG reflect on customer feedback. Quality is no longer same as before and going down. Serviceability is very poor and lacking. It is time to retrain some staff and invest in more R&D. I have previously purchased all LG appliances assuming they were quality products. But now NO MORE LG.
I seriously would buy Huawei if they made refrigerators.response / report this review -

j'ai appelé le service de reparation car il y a un technicien qui est venu voir la machine a lever depuis vendredi, jusqu'a ce jour pas meme un coup fil rien et lorsque j'ai appelé , on m'a raccroché au nez quel service

We had been loyal customers of dragon electronics for more than 8 years but my last experience was so terrible I won't come back. During a promotion day at bagatelle, the organisation was such that it took 2 hours to complete a purchase: costumers had to queue three times: once for the invoice, a second time to pay and third time to collect goods. To make matters worse, after specifically asking the person at the invoice desk to confirm stock availability (she confirmed they had my goods in store) I queued to pay (another 35 mins) and again for delivery (another 10-15 minutes), to then be told that my goods were no longer available and that it might be available in one month. I Asked for a full refund which they did provide but I wasted 2h30 of my time. I put 2 stars because Staff at the delivery and in the showroom are very nice, helpful and patient. This was an organisational/planning problem and the person at the invoice desk was either unprofessional/poorly trained.

Wide range of LG and Ariston home appliances available. Sales staff in Port Louis is unfortunately not as helpful and customer friendly as the other Dragon Electronics outlets on the island.
