  Not sure if you would call these biscuits but the tour was nice however not worth the money paid. very short experience with some staff not being too friendly.

  There are Galette of Manioc that are sold only there.these are very nice but because it takes too much time and care to be made.small amount is made only for visitors to buy.but buscuit of manioc can be purchase several place in supermarket around the island.
