The Beach House Restaurant looks average from outside but has a beautiful view from inside. If you want to have a good place you have to reserve in advance because it's very popular (also very loud) and also doesn't have a lot of parking spots . Unfortunately it also gets very loud and hectic during the prime time which also means that you have to wait some time for your drinks and food.. I had a burger with fries which was delicious and the cocktails are great. Would go there again.

Heard a lot about this restaurant but was really deceived. No menu card and you have to walk to a black board to read the menu. I ordered a schnitzel and i was served with a vulgar piece of chicken layered with cheese. This piece of chicken is sold Rs. 60 in any small tea stall in Mauritius. The prices were simply exorbitant and for 3 persons the bill was Rs. 2200. Even in the best gastronomic restaurant the bill would not have been so high. Only the place is nice being beach side but the rest was execrable. So first time last time.

One of our absolute favourite restaurants to go to in Grand Baie. Child friendly, Super friendly staff, always good food and service. Most beautiful view on the beach and what better way to enjoy a day out.

The food was great BUT be careful ordering shared menus from the black board, the price shown for the seafood plate was totally misleading we paid way more than expected! So the food was great but the bill wasn’t :(

We have no problem with the Beach House it's very friendly and the staff are very good but last night we decided to order the Shellfish Platter when it eventually arrived and we had started to eat it a lot of the shellfish was warm but still raw. When we spoke to a member of staff he only offered to take it back to the kitchen which we declined.

Nice lively restaurant right on the beach. Really good burgers and good seafood. The Juicy Lucy burger is their signature - it's massive though! I love the frozen strawberry daiquiri cocktail. This place is always busy, so be sure to book to get a good table by the beach. Service is good and friendly.

Is an awesome place to go have a drink with friends and watch sports. The food is amazing as well as the service you receive there. Would recommend to anybody who wants to have a good vibe while eating. There is usually a live band in the evening or sports on the Tv. You cannot go wrong with The Beach House.

The food, service, and atmosphere were top notch! We were so thankful for auinash and Virginia. They went above and beyond in helping us navigate how to rent a car. The pork ribs and calamari were the best we have eaten! Will return again during this trip! Thanks againfrom heather and Lola

Loved this place in grande baie, we ate here twice, tried the beef and the shrimp & chicken, would definitely go for the beef next time. The tuna was great as well!

Best burger I have had in Mauritius for the 11 months that I have been here. The service is great, the view is amazing. The prices are high but more than worth it.

Good friendly service, average food. Smoking allowed in restaurant and strong kitchen smells, so not so great. Band playing on Sunday lunchtime, quite loud so talking was difficult. Views great if you are seated close to the beach, but not so great from the back. Worth a visit if you don't mind smoking and loud music

Friendly although laid back service, not cheap for the island but usual for tourist places. Food was good and fair sized portions - the"juicy Lucy" burger is absolutely huge! More restaurant than bar so not open crazy late but nice place to meet for an informal gathering.

Nice location, beachfront facing the bay and the sunset. 2nd floor with a different food menu based on tapa's style.
A bit expensive but they serve giant portions. Good luck to finish Juicy Lucy.
Cool bands during the weekends although sometimes they play too loud.

Decent restaurant in a terrific spot right on the water. Half the dining room has a sand floor. Prices are higher than they should be for what you get (40 usd for a tiny lobster tail or 10 usd for basic chicken strips for kids) but everything is pretty tasty. You're paying for the view. Make a reservation if you plan to dine after 7pm.
