  Top quality golf experience overall - pro shop, buggies, practice facilities and restaurant all excellent. Staff very professional. Course itself is immaculate though suffered when I played from a great deal of villa related construction going on in between many holes. The 3 or 4 holes by the ocean are tremendous, the rest are well designed but perhaps a bit ordinary.

  The setting is fabulous. Staff friendly, like in any 5 star Resort in Mauritius.
  Anahita, although they also offer hotel accommodation to tourists, they are an Integrated Resort Scheme (IRS) where most people who reside there are Xpats, having invested over $500,000 to obtain their fiscal domination, by residing in Mauritius for over 183 days for the first 2 years, thereafter 90 days per annum. With this scheme, you are granted a "permanent” residence for 3 years, thereafter renewable every 10 years, if you still own the property in Mauritius.
