This company which has a site in Ontario Canada took my $12,500.00 in less than 5 minutes. Luckily I won $150,000.00 Canadian dollars. They then decided to verify me, over to date 38 days and still inconclusive, I had to provide my tax statements, bank statements, identification and so on. Then they locked my account so I couldn't access the information. My hindsight told me to take snapshots of everything including jackpots and account information so I have all the proof I need.

They suddenly flexed the terms and conditions claws that they can take up to 90 days to verify. All stall tactics, all bs. They get rich by manipulating the rules sided to them, and the Ontario government allows a foreign company to treat Ontario customers this way. Who is in charge?????

Casumo conveniently doesn't have any contact number all web based and guarded by cyber door men that give you the run around and can't answer real questions.

I've filed complaints with the gaming commission and now going to be filing complaint with the Ontario government, hopefully the news wants the story.

Don't give your money to this company, they won't pay you. It will take 10 months to verify you. They are betting on you losing.

CASUMO IS A SCAM. You've been warned.

Fun games. Does say 2.5% cost on top of deposit but is actually 25%! Every £10 deposited costs £12.50 in total. Saying that, win ratio is good. I also don't understand the negative comments about withdrawals. No problems at all there, very speedy. Will post if that changes.

This website looks nice and thats about it. i played a lot of online casinos and this is bye far the one with the lowest win rate i have ever seen. you will never reach a win to think that withdrawing would be an option. only small amounts to keep you playing just a little bit longer i lost a lot of money, not because i am a high roller but the slot games are not paying like in other online casinos. 1 stars for this childish avatar and achievement system.

Casumo slots are pretty much the same as anywhere else by you having to wait long periods to see any profit, some slots I feel the win ratio is actually below the standard set, sayIng that there are some slots which payout more than the win ratio.
So my overall experience so far as a new user is mixed feelings. I would give it a higher rating but as I'm still reviewing this site I gave it a three star rating.
Finally the withdrawal times would be better if customers did not need to wait 2 to 3 days for debit card and being charged 2.5% on every deposit is a bit unfair for debit cards and especially credit cards as your charged twice, once with Casumo and once with your bank, so this needs to be looked at.
