  I highly and wholeheartedly recommend this real estate agency. Many thanks to Ludmila for her efficiency, her professionalism and her ability to perfectly target my needs. Thanks to "Quicklets", I was able to obtain in a few days the apartment meeting all the criteria of my expectations, in Marsaskala. Finally, Ludmilla has an excellent relational capacity to create an effective link between tenants and owners.

  Michael Quicklets Mosta was trully exceptional. His responsiveness was incredible. If I didn’t pick up, he always call back no longer than 5 minutes later. The delivery of the information was straightforward. I feels more like I have a trusted friend than just another real estate agent. I couldn’t be more happy with the service I received from him. Overall, I would strongly recommend Michael Camilleri Quicklets Mosta to anyone looking to buy or rent a property, especially if they are first-timer. I would trust him with my eyes closed and his attention to detail and level of time/dedication to his clients is outstanding. Kudos!

  Best letting agency in Malta. They found me place to live within 1 hour when i first moved to Malta. And now that i am settled here, they rented out my 2 properties within days.

  Never had such a bad experience with a real estate agency, especially with the agent Kurt.
  You were treated badly as a customer right from the start. You were urged to transfer the money as quickly as possible, but you had to wait weeks for the contract. After arriving in Malta, it turned out that I had been given the wrong property despite repeated enquiries. In addition, promises regarding the rental period, furnishings and rent were broken. In summary, I spent 5 months in the wrong flat at a higher price and will probably not get back my deposit of 950€. The agency is not very interested in this, despite several requests, as they have already received their money.
  Never again Quicklets, I feel scammed and let down.

  Nice office and staff, but could in the end don't find anything suitable for me.
  
  Staff are very friendly and welcoming, got offered water when I arrived and was seated to wait for the agents to come in. Since I arrived precisely on opening at 9.
  
  When the agent arrived they took all of my information and asked about preferences in apartments and budget.
  
  After that i got 1 offer that worked but by the time of going and taking a look at it, it was already gone.
  After that I didn't get any other suitable suggestions so I went with another company that found an apartment that worked for me.
  
  But I think it would have worked here also if the agent had got more time since i wanted an apartment in a short span of several days.
  
  So I would still suggest to go and ask about the selection that your assigned agent has.
