Most amazing buffet. MUST VISIT if you're in Macau. Try to book early! Deepak and Ben's attention to details and service is none I've ever experienced.

The atmosphere is lovely and the idea of half self service buffet is great. However, it was executed poorly. There aren't that many choices for a buffet. You could order made to order seafood, vegetables, grilled meat, etc. Most dishes we got were at best warm and most dishes took a long time. The drinks we ordered at the bar took forever. My hot lemon tea took over 10m and my espresso never came. We ordered filet but it never arrived. The more expensive items took forever while the cheaper item were delivered at a somewhat reasonable timeframe. The desserts were underwhelming. The ginger souffle was good but the rest were meh at best.

✍🏻🇲🇴Most probably the best buffet in town. Unlimited serving of lobsters, tiger prawn, abalone, crabs n you can design any cooking style you want. With an extensive range of Asian, European and American dishes for selection. They have successfully combined fine dining quality and services together with this buffet. Most food are freshly prepared at the counter.
The booking for this buffet is now available for Jan 2018. Go for it guys!!

한국인들도 여기를 가야함. 한국 최고급 호텔 뷔페의 삼분의 이 가격으로 뷔페의 정점을 볼 수 있음. 야외 테라스 이용하면 분위기도 좋음. 그 자리에서 주문하면 요리를 만들어 주는데, 랍스터 새우 게 장어 방어 없는게 없음. 중국 특유의 푸짐함 선호 문화 때문에 많이 주문해도 눈치도 안줌. 가세요 가!!! 여긴 가는게 남는거. 메뉴가 너무 많아 다 시키지를 못한게 천추의 한. 이왕 갈거 저녁시간 여유롭게 가시길. 주문받으시는 분 중 영어 잘하는 분도 계시는데 재치가 넘치고 즐거움.

可以自取食物，又可以點菜的半自助餐餐廳，有各式海鮮，即叫即煮，有各種扒類，即點即燒，然後送到桌上，需然食味一般，但是招呼周到 。

非常熱門嘅一間自助餐 ，預約基本上要排兩個月。 咁受歡迎當然有佢嘅原因，比較特別嘅係 ：餸菜即叫即蒸、即煮， 同埋會有唔同嘅烹調方法，例如龍蝦，可以上湯或者芝士焗。 比一般自助餐整好曬擺喺度，得一種口味冇得揀 ，好好多。
海鮮算比較多， 有魚、蝦、蟹、鮑魚、龍蝦，甜品都唔錯，炸天婦羅蝦都幾好味。 生魚片就一般咗啲啲。
最鍾意即榨橙汁， 睇住啲橙一個個跌落去 ，自己榨出嚟，好得意。response / report this review -

雖然係貴過幾間大酒店D buffet，但最有名氣係佢本身即叫即蒸的海鮮，還可以煎或椒鹽，新鮮蔬菜也有不同的煮法，係值得去食。。。當你食過1次，唔會再去其他酒店食
