Set in the heart of Wynn Macau, I really enjoyed having dinner here.
The staff were attentive, the decor was luxurious and they had great seasonal Szechuan style menu.

traditional Chinese res. with dim sum and Chinese food. a good place for tea time. afternoon lunch last order at 330pm
old music will play while you are eating.
per person cost around 200mop for afternoon tea.

we had family dinner here, food just average not impressed, only the roasted pig is good. Service is really not a hotel level, the waitress just dropyes.she DROPPED everyone a fork, not PUT insteadthis act is really terribletheir service has a great room for improvement or their staff should be retrained.

午間「自選點心套餐」，188澳門幣自選六道點心套餐已經足夠食量不大的三個人飽餐，但根據網路明查暗訪所知，我們另外加點了永利軒招牌點心「雪影燒餐包」。另外，為了顧及營養，並且在服務生建議之下，還炒了盤「蒜蓉炒菠菜苗」，點了小菜「椒麻汁滷豬仔腳」，最後，以甜點「椰皇蛋白燉鮮奶」做為大餐的美好結局。自選六道點心，部份是依服務生推薦點的，果然每道都不錯，主要是點心裡的鮮味一吃就知道不像台灣許多港式飲茶完全是靠味精提味，最好吃要屬「瑤柱鮮蝦菜苗餃」。大名鼎鼎「雪影燒餐包」，說穿了其實就是菠蘿麵包外皮包著叉燒包餡，蠻特別。「椒麻汁滷豬仔腳」、和甜點「椰皇蛋白燉鮮奶」都很讚。前者是道冷盤，帶著點瘦肉的豬皮處理得很乾淨，Q彈不油膩，沾點椒麻汁非常開胃下飯；「椰皇蛋白燉鮮奶」是用整顆椰子殼裝著鮮奶蛋白去烤，料裡需要40分鐘時間，上次來澳門吃過以前在新馬路，現在搬到玫瑰堂附近的著名小吃義順燉奶，永利軒這道燉鮮奶可說是完全不同等級，軟軟嫩嫩豆花般的口感自不在話下，裡頭烤過的椰子芬芳混著奶香以及適當的甜，真讓人回味無窮，我們吃完燉奶還意猶未盡地把椰殼內的椰肉刮個乾淨，服務生看到三個饞鬼應該也覺得挺有趣。平均下來我們一人吃了大約台幣600元，單價最貴的居然是那道「蒜蓉炒菠菜苗」，快要跟「自選點心套餐」價格相當了。
