Близость к железнодорожному вокзалу, тихий хостел, вежливый персонал, который говорит на английском. Есть услуги прачечной, в общем холле телевизор с выбором каналов. Бесплатный завтрак.

Good hostel, very close to the train station. The entrance is on the backside of the building. Clean and big rooms. Friendly staff. Good prices. Small Kitchen at the 4st floor. Strong wifi. 10-15 min walking to a big street with pubs and cafè.

Convenient to the train station and only a 15 minute walk to the town center. The rooms are quiet, clean and spacious. The management is polite, breakfast provided, restaurant and local karaoke and party venue in basement but it's not noisy for those in the rooms. Also they provide free transport to and from the station. Private rooms and dorms are available. I stayed here as a lone traveler for 5 days in November 2015.
Neighborhood is ok but not attractive, as with most of UB it's a bit dusty in street.
