We felt tired and sick of inconvenient services delivered by poor hotel management. Receptionists are not flexible indeed and willing to fulfill at customer's requests even more. What a freaking treat to their guests!

Located on Strand Street, very nice location and good place to stay while you visited to Mawlamyine. Quite and very clean hotel. Sunset view from hotel is very nice.

Two night at this hotel and rooms are nice but area is small.The Sea view room is without a balcony on second floor.Located on new extended strand road and have large parking space for private cars.

Location right on the waters edge. Breakfast is very simple select menu but filling. Choose the local dishes not the continental. Banking Eftpos in hotel accepts all major cards.

Beautiful view of the river at a medium price. A few small things keep it from being five stars. No kettle. Too few channels on the TV. Nice looking teak furniture, but the chairs in the room aren't very comfortable.

Decent place to stay in Mawlamyine. A good location for business travelers or families. The complimentary breakfast has western eggs or rice and noodles. Staff at the front desk speaks English, and the view of from the lobby is beautiful.
