The place is snazzier looking than it used to be. The highlight here is the chicken hotpot, which starts as a stir-fry of sorts (they use free-range chickens here). You pick additional hotpot ingredients (pig intestines, liver, sticky rice cakes etc) and the staff will stir-fry them into the pot for you. The hot pot comes in at the next stage, when broth is poured in. Frankly, I find this style of hotpot more palatable because the flavours are richer. Side dishes are great too, especially the fried intestines.
