Nice place with decent food. I thought a bit expensive. They will get you tea (lapetye) from across the street! For us it was the most convenient option from Hotel 82. Staff is friendly.

Good food and good prices.
It is difficult to find anything like a restaurant in Mandalay. Most of places are rather awful, but not this. This place is packed with local people.
At least one person from staff knows English. They have English menu too.
Food is really tasty, portion are big - only thing you need to order rice extra (500k). We visited two times both visit was great with tasty food.
We took chicken masala (4000k) and chicken tamarind (4500) and on next visit chicken kebett (3500) and sweet&sour pork.

Known for BBQ meats and other grillable items. Serves draft beer and also has a menu of Burmese dishes. I stuck to the grill and the beer. After 4 beers the fifth was comp'd. The grill items were all very tasty though I probably will skip the pig ear next time. This place is quite big with mostly Burmese customers but also a few westerners. Wait staff was all male.

Good food selection, the prices are ok and the size of the dishes don't disappoint. Lot's of local people come here to enjoy a cold beer.

Good food with reasonable prices. When I was there one of the servers could speak English well and explained everything to me. Very friendly service. Had an excellent curry for about 2000 kyats. Went back later in the evening and enjoyed some beer for 800 per glass. Will definitely be going once more before leaving Mandalay.
