You can get rooms of different prices according to the distance from the sea and the views seen from the rooms. There is a swimming pool for everyone including for younger age. A restaurant opens on schedule. No safe to put in for your precious little things (need to ask the reception desk to keep them safe). Electricity is time limited according to the schedule. Hot water for coffee and tea is on request. Don't forget to take your own tea spoon to stir your drinks 😁.

The worst hotel i have ever been in! A total shame and a disgrace to this beautiful country!!! $85 for a room with no window! With electricity only in the afternoon and night, I wonder how the management think we should live in there. Then it is dirty, old, not well maintained and the staff definitely not nice, and not efficient. Room floor was not swept for 3 days, fridge was rusty, old and not working, bathroom door mat falling apart, housekeeping staff noisy and shouting in the corridors, breakfast staff obviously looking not happy to be there, and I'll pass on the reception. See the pictures attach, they speak for themselves! Shameful, really shameful! I feel like I have been robed!

Strongly recommend the 80,000 kyats rooms. They are close to the beach and the owner let us rent it for 70,000 kyats. Clean rooms and comfortable stay. The pool needs to be clean though, it is green.

Hotel: Too hot, no electricity most of the time, If you open doors for being too hot, mosquito and insects come in. Too few plug for charging your gadgets. Only 1 free plug for couple room. No early check in so had to wait for a long time while everyone is so tired. Staffs are friendly though.
Lunch: Decent taste but too few meals to choose. Also no free drinks for lunch and dinner buffet. Definitely not worth the price. At least they should provide some juice or coffee/tea.
Room Tip: bring your own mosquito net and power bank since there's no electricity most of the time.

Fare price, breakfast is good. Staffs are very polite and helpful. Electricity for after 6pm is very bad. Can't sleep very well in the day time. No Sea food buffet? Refrigerator is very bad. can't get ice. No place for extra plug for phone charging.

Fare price, breakfast is good. Staffs are very polite and helpful. No electricity for 24 hours. Will definitely go back to stay there if I have a chance to visit Ngwesaung again.

Although this hotel may not be the newest or most convenient, the staff or so helpful and kind. My grandparents got sick when we arrived, and the wonderful staff would bring us fresh fruit nicely prepared a couple times a day, and took care of us in every other way they possibly could. Their breakfast is good, although some of their noodle dishes can be a bit oily. Wonderful place though.

Enjoy your vacation with your beloved ones.
The price is fair.Breakfast is good in traditional style and local food in hygiene condition.Staff are very helpful.Suggest to go there in weekdays.It was 10 min drive to Local food restaurants village.Swimming pool facility also is nice for your kids.
4 hrs drive from Yangon City.
