  This is a surprisingly good spot for reliably good food and cold beer in a covered outdoor setting. It's cheap and tasty. As other reviewers have noted though, don't let the street-level entrance fool you - you have to walk up a short flight of stairs, and then take either the main stairs or elevator to the top floor to get to the actual restaurant.

  Very good vietnamese food (Pho Bo, Pho Ga, ) and very friendly staff. Don't be afraid by the entrance way ;)

  Beef pho is real good and vegetarian spring rolls are delicious. Love a hot soup noodle on wet rainey day.
