modern boutique hotel in a busy location. We were up on the 3rd floor so the noise didn't affect us much. But i can imagine it to be noisy on lower floors. Rooms are big and spacious with good mod-con. Strong air cond and water pressure. Our room had a small rooftop for sunbaking/smoking. Reasonably priced rooms. Staff were very hospitable.

Great, boutique hotel. Good location and large rooms. The only problem we had, and that led to loosing one star, wa a very loud rumbling noise in the room every time the adjacent metal gate opens and closes. It woke us up many times. Not sure if that only happen in the room we had.

3 star hotel. Not worth the price they ask for. I never used it but enquired there room rates a couple of months ago. They were as high as USD 150 per night. You get 5 star hotel in Yangon for this price.

Kind staff, clean rooms and bathrooms. The neighbourhood is not so nice.

Very nice boutique style hotel located in the heart of the tourist area. Lots of small shops and restaurants within a short walk. Hotel staff were extremely nice and helpful.

Great stay here for 3 nights. Hotel is lovely and the staff are very friendly and took great care of us. The manager in particular was very helpful during our stay. Will be back.

Beautiful hotel. They are very polite and provide great service. It is located at downtown and near the market. Breakfast is good.

Excellent menu with a good value for money for Yangon . Very good deserts. The risotto and the zucchini salad was perfect as well! Very nice chef. Well located.
We will certainly regularly come back!

Stayed here one year ago - rooms are modern, lofty and artsy, but lacking functionality (there's a touchscreen light controller, but no hangers for your clothes) and overpriced (taking in account, that there's just breakie included at the time of our stay - no gym/ other services). One big advantage - a lot of nice restaurants in close proximity. Suggest to stay only, if there's some good deals - otherwise, take a closer look at Sedona or other large hotels of a similar price range.
