My best stay in Myanmar, the staff is very nice and helpful, breakfast Is rich, the room is old style but clean very well.
They provide free bicycle rent and free transportation from hotel to train station.response / report this review -

What you get for the price is ok. Beds are comfortable and the hotel is on a good location. The staf was very friendly and helpfull when we had a medical emergency and had to go to the hospital very quick. The helpfulness of the staf earned them another room. One of the staf members even speaks very good English. The breakfast is ok. But the smell coming from the chicken actually doesn't make you want to eat there.

Good quality. Price is negotiable, at least during low season. 11$ incl breakfast for single room was very reasonable. If you leave early, they pack you a biiig breakfast.

They have very good service and speak decent English. We were upgraded without extra cost. The room was spacious and pretty clean. Breakfast was served in the room and was standard for Myanmar.

If it was possible to give over 5 stars, I would! The best service I've ever received from a hotel while backpacking. They provided water, toothbrushes and soap for us every day. It's extremely clean in the bedroom and bathrooms. The staff is super helpful and friendly. They helped us carry our stuff in and out, held the door open for us all the time and were very, very helpful to me when I got sick on the last day in Myanmar. I would recommend this place to anybody. It is the place to be in Pyin Oo Lwin and we are happy we looked at the other reviews to experience this awesome hotel for ourselves. You will not be disappointed staying here.

++ Overall, the staffs are very helpful and reliable for my basic needs. They
・helped me to arrange bus/taxi to Mandalay without commission
・gave me "morning calls" not to miss breakfast
・even offered me free lunch when leaving
+ Room and bathroom are kept very clean
・(constructive) Hot water seemed not always available, which was okay and might be my miss handling.
+ Good breakfast is included
・They can bring it to your room.
++ Free wifi is available
・It was stable and pretty quick!
+++ Other outstanding helps were available
・They could help me to stay cheaper considering that I would only use single bed in the triple bed room
・I mistakenly forgot my belongings in the hotel but they arranged nicely to send it to my new hotel in Mandalay in the same day
