Pros: room is big, a lot of space to put the luggage, Myanmar Coffee, Tea and refill of purified water for free (prevention of plastic trash). Guests house offers interesting trekking tours (1, 2 or 3 days), bicycles and motorbikes for rent.
VERY fast wifi!
VERY nice and helpful staff.
Cons: Not slept well, because people in other room were speaking loud in the middle of the night and at 6 am a voice from a loudspeaker outside woke us up.
Bathroom has black mould.

Dissatisfied customer. Staff were really nice. Room and bathroom needed some serious redecoration. The manager wanted to charge 15000kyat for motorbike rental and a further 2000kyat for every hour after 6pm. We got a new bike for rental with no restrictions in town for 8000 kyat. Owner wasn't particularly nice about it. The roof top is very unsafe for adults and children with metal sticking out everywhere. You can't charge your phones because the electric points are too high and you need a 1.5m cable to reach them and the plugs don't stay in the sockets. And the TV with only 6 channels is positioned comfortably for a giraffe. No extras and no frills here. Dissatisfied customer!

Nice place with rooftop. The owners are very helpful and nice.
No breakfast was novelty in Myanmar, but that's what helps keep the price low.

DO NOT STAY HERE. The staff stole my fiance's kindle. I received an email saying that we "left" our kindle in the room. Then they blackmailed us and said if we wanted it back we had to pay $80. I asked them to mail it standard post and they refused. They are crooks and would strongly urge you to go somewhere else! I cannot believe this. I've been traveling in 39 countries over the last 16 months and this is the worst place EVER! They were not even ashamed of it!

Also, ants everywhere!

Great Guesthouse! The staff are beyond nice and their 3 year old is so cute and speaks English. They gave me a very discounted rate for a single. Aircon strong. Hot shower. Clean. Good location. Wifi okay but its Myanmar.
