Wouldn't recommend it.
The quiet room was right by the noisy road.
There were alot or large cockroaches in the room that crawled on us at night.
The pillows were rock hard, and very tall making them unusable.
The setup of the hallway was extremely weird. Had 2 AC units pumping into a hallway, which made the balcony, and the main open area by the bathrooms extremely hot.
It also amplified the nasty smell in the large open area and toilets.
The room was grungy, paint peeling, and permanent dirt on the walls.
The bikes rented from the hotel were not in very good condition at all. The first bike the brakes hardly worked and the whole body smashed around, and was given to us with almost no fuel, and the second bike was better, but the front tire was completely bald.

The best rate. Has AC and nice clean beds. Great for backpackers. Hotel staff are nice. They will book tours, cars and motorbikes, also just across the road is a more expensive popular motel full of foreigner where tours can also be booked.

The hostel was fine but the manager was the worst ever. We booked a car to Myawaddy. He said that it was going direct and just with the two of us. After 25 minutes on rute the driver stopped and started to go to secondary roads, after 20 minutes we arrived to a small village and he said that two more people were coming, we didn't know about it. Then, 4 people with loads of stuff came to the car and got in. We said that the manager didn't mention anything about that, the driver didn't know what to do and we found out that the 4 poeple paid three times less than us. We were supposed to go just two and we were 7 people in a 5 people car (there were people even at the back on top of the luggage). The driver aparently didn't know anything, he was socked when we told him how much we paid and that the manager said that it was a taxi for just us and direct to the border. Basically the manager just wanted money and cheated to everyone. We paid 16000 kyats for both and the driver took just 2000 kyats from that money, so the manager took 14000 for him, such a bad way to do treat people

Günstig: zwischen 13.000 und 25.000 Kyat.
Sehr nette Hotelbetreiber, nettes Personal. Hilfsbereit. Saubere und ordentliche Zimmer. Manche mit eigenem Bad / warmer Dusche, manche ohne. Kostenloses Wlan. Restaurants sind gut zu erreichen. Rollervermietung nicht weit entfernt. Kleiner Gemeinschafts/Aufenthaltsraum. Kein Frühstück. Manchmal stinkt es nach Fisch, vom angrenzenden Markt Alles in allem wirklich akzeptabel und nette Atmosphäre:)
